Yes. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking for all our hourly services. Higher deposits or full payment may be required to reserve a vehicle during peak periods. All deposits are non-refundable without written authorization from T&C Management.

Yes. Please be ready when your vehicle arrives, as it affects other clients later in the day. Extra time may NOT be available in some cases. For hourly services, the waiting will count as time in the car.

Your chauffeur will greet you inside the terminal at baggage claim. Please make sure to text your chauffeur when you land and let us know if you have any checked luggage.

We do have various car seats available at a cost of $25 per seat per trip.

We apologize, but to keep our vehicles as clean and fresh as possible for all our guests, we do not allow any food in the vehicles.

Our enter flight of vehicles is non-smoking and non-vaping; there is a strict policy set in place. Penalty for smoking is a minimum charge of $600.00

Each of our vehicles have a specific number of passengers and luggage allowed. If you happen to have more than 6 pieces of luggage while ordering an SUV, you will be charged $20 for each extra piece, with a maximum of 8 total bags. We will be happy to schedule an extra vehicle to accommodate all your luggage. Luggage must be medium and not oversized. Luggage is not permitted to be placed on the seats.
